Fencing Pliers: Expert Quality, manufactured from carbon steel with smoothly ground and polished head. Head incorporates a striking face; staple removing hook; pincer and clamp on top jaw; grips on inside of handles for straining and twisting wire and two shear type wire cutters. Cushion grip handles.
